Although home sales have slowed in recent months, Salt Lake home sales in the first nine months of 2018 were up 2 percent compared to the same January through September period in 2017. Seventy-one percent of all Salt Lake home sales in the first nine months of 2018 were homes that sold for less than $400,000. The median cumulative days on the market during this period was 13 days, up from 11 days last year.
