🏠Market Data 2017 compared to 2018🏠

Last year 18,021 homes were sold compared to 18,025 homes sold in 2017. Final sales data will be released later this month. The median home price (all housing types) climbed to $319,750, up 10 percent compared to a median price o $291,900 in 2017. Listings were on the market 16 days in 2018, up from 14 days in 2017. Seventy-one percent of all homes sold in 2018 closed below $400,000. Of all homes sold in 2018, 73 percent were for single-family units, down slightly compared to 2017 when 74 percent of all housing sold was for single-family homes
